The root cause of the issue has been identified and there is a work around for the issue. The issue is related to Office update 15.0.4753.1002 which was released on 9/8/15. The work around is to roll back to the previous update. Below are the commands to roll back.

1. Open CMD as Admin.
2. Enter one of the following:
a. cd “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX86” for 32 bit versions of office
b. cd “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64” for 64 bit versions of office
3. Press Enter.
4. Enter the following officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=15.0.4745.1002
5. Press enter.
6. Once Office is done updating, you should be able TM Save in Office.
